Look for HFS Ultimate Shapes. There is a morph for this in the package.

Yes there is. The name is HFS Ultimate Shapes. It's on the DAZ site.

You'll need to provide your own textures though.

I don't know of any that are for hands / arms.

That is not something that can be done well by morphs. A new Geograft of the parts would work better

There’s a product called “Sweet Pony” that might work. Not cow hooves, but maybe it’s close enough.
