I just bought two items together with this: https://www.renderosity.com/rr/mod/bcs/?ViewProduct=126511

and only received one free item. Now on the product page it says: PLEASE ONLY ADD THE GRAB BAG ITEM ONCE PER ORDER OR IT WILL VOID THE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FREE GRAB BAG ITEM!

which I did, I added it once to my order, and the the little form beside it said "2". So I assumed I would receive two free items. Now, the warning could also mean that I should make an individual order for each item, but, why then indicate beside the bag item that you will receive n free items? Thats pretty confusing.

I'd like to receive my second free item please.

You can only get 1 FREE item per order. If you place a second order and add the Grab Bag item again to that order you would get another FREE item. 😄

Can I refund one of the items I bought in order 113732780 so that I can buy it again?

I just sent a request to store@renderosity.com and asked for one of the items from that order to refunded so that I can buy it again.
