Subject: Poser2021 Grab Bag not a Poser item

Um, yeah.  I put the poser grab bag in my list and I received a Photoshop CS6 item.  I don't have Photoshop so this is useless to me.  Thought it was supposed to be a poser item.  Why not change the name and description to "Whatever Grab Bag".

We  put 2D/graphics products in BOTH categories as normally those can be used by anyone. If you got an item you absolutely cannot use send your order number to the store@renderosity.com email address and we will look into it for you.

OK.  Sent it.  I guess I got confused because they were called Poser and Daz Studio Grab Bag.  I came to the conclusion that it would be an item that could be used in the designated software.  My mistake.  I'll know better next time.
