The readme for this product states:

This product may NOT be used in any commercial renders.

This is a departure from Renderosity's usual usage agreement, and should be highlighted in the description.  While the readme is linked, an unusual restriction, and not everyone will go looking in the readme for reasons not to purchase something.

Hello.

It would be best to send the vendor of the item a sitemail and confirm the usage allowances to make sure that isn't a mistake. If it is, we can fix that readme. If you find that it is in fact correct and you are unable to use the item, please ask them to send an email to store@renderosity.com with the order number and name of the item they are approving a refund for please?

the vendor is the only one who can make the decision on the product. They are fairly new and they may have just made a mistake in the readme file. Or, if they see that this is an issue they may decide to change the license allowances. 😄

I put this product in my whislist a few days ago, but now it disappeared.

Any chance to get this product back in the store?

Hello.


The item has been temporarily in review to fix an issue with the promotional images. It will be re-released. 


On the readme details referring to commercial use. This item can be used in commercial 2D images. The vendor is not familiar with the English language and there was a barrier to the understanding of what the allowances were. The readme for this item and all of this vendor's products will be amended to read that commercial use is allowed in 2D images. 😄

We have yet to get a response from the vendor unfortunately. Until we do we are unable to do anything. 😄

Some vendors are slower than others... 😄

In the meantime, the product has disappeared from my whishlist.
