I placed an order this evening and recevied an error message: An unexpected error occurred. Your order could NOT be completed, but you may have been charged. Please contact store staff for a refund. (error code: R-4).
I received two emails confirming my order and I think I may have been charged twice. Order number is 113769983. I still want the products, just prefer not to have to pay twice. :)
