Subject: Order Malfunction: Store or Payment Method Issue

Hello, Helpful Person:

I tried to place an order at approximately 9:30 EST for "DM's Enchanted Glade".  It did not complete in the store, but the transaction shows as pending twice on my payment method.  I strongly suspect it is an issue with that particular payment method.  If it's possible from your side, please cancel both transactions on that payment method.  I will try again with a different payment method once the pending status clears.  Please let me know if you need further information, and I will provide it privately.

Hello.

If you get an error during checkout using a credit/debit card the amount you see as pending will not be charged. As no order was created we have no way to do anything further. Those are HOLDs on your card and will drop-off automatically in 3 - 5 days. 😄
