I used both a coupon code and store credit for order #113846646, and it is showing unpaid. I got an odd error when I entered my credit amount after the coupon was applied; even though I entered the right amount, the order showed the total as -$0.01 instead of $0.00 as it should have been once all coupons and credits were applied. The order still went through, but I can't download anything until this status is changed.
