Yes, I know the values. The problem I am having is I can't find any signs of the value being other than 1 even when I have the cutout opacity set to .6, this is in a text editor. Yet when I open the file in DS, i.e. apply it to whatever it is for, I can see that the cutout opacity is .6 in the same material. I just can't find the place where the correct value is located in the file in a text editor.
Yes, and all the values I find for it are set to 1, even in the material zones where I have it set lower.
Thank you! That's what I was looking for! I'd kiss you but I don't think my hubby would approve. LOLThe current values are in the aniamtions section, even though material proerpties are not animatable:
"animations" : [
{
"url" : "name://@selection#materials/Default:?extra/studio_material_channels/channels/Cutout%20Opacity/value",
"keys" : [ [ 0, 0.4927536 ] ]
},

Greetings,
I'm hoping to be able to edit multiple .duf files to change the cutout opacity of one or more material zones, but when I do a search for the cutout opacity the values all show as 1, even though I know the opacity is a fraction of that value, where do I find the right place to edit this outside of loading the file in DAZ Studio?
