Some other people have experimented this power-kernel 41 error. One of them resolved the issue by unplugin and replugin the gpu (he did the same with the RAM but not sure it will help in this case). He also disconnected and reconnected the PSU from the cpu and the gpu (MB and video card alim. connectors).
Depending on your environment (mix of dust and humidity for example) can introduce problems with the connectors.
He did this after being sure that nvidia's driver had been "clean installed".

if that really is the case with dirty/oxidized connectors then you might want to use some Deoxit on the connectors and do multiple plugins and outs to really clean them. Some other people have experimented this power-kernel 41 error. Sounds like my wide-screen scenes proving too much for my now-ageing twin GPU cards' 'vols & buckets' settings. For 'not-too-complex' scenes, 1024 suits. When complexity grows, must progressively binary-chop down through 256 to 64, which is what suits a 'CPU-only' render, either on this PC or my networked 'Box'...
I cannot reproduce it, but I sometimes feel that leaving P_11 'open' for a day or two with a complex scene may lead to instability.
IMHO, Poser could do with an 'Engineering' display, showing gas gauge, oil-pressure etc...
I have an aging 2080Ti card, equipped with 11Gb, and I found out the 512 was perfect.Sounds like my wide-screen scenes proving too much for my now-ageing twin GPU cards' 'vols & buckets' settings. Twin GTX 750 Ti , so you have about thrice my combined GPU RAM...
But, hey, they're also driving three wide-screen displays plus a 'portrait' salvaged from old desk-top, all on four double-jointed arms, spanning almost six feet...
( There's also a small VGA hung off desk's LHS riser to keep an eye on 'Box'... )

Hi, I have a problem with Poser 12 randomly freezing and rebooting my computer when rendering with the graphics card.
I have both Poser 11 and 12. Both run fine rendering with the cpu.
I assumed it's an issue with my RTX3080ti. However, I've tried long stress tests with Furmark, Unigine's Superposition and a few others without issue.
I've tried undervolting the graphics card in case it's a power supply issue but it makes no difference.
Tried both the game ready driver and studio driver. Same result.
Clean installed Windows 11. Same result.
Annoyingly because the system freezes and reboots there's usually no windows dump file. Windows log files point to a driver issue with a power-kernel 41 error without giving any more details.
My setup is Windows 11, 32Gb of DDR5, 750watt psu, MSI rtx3080ti, AsRock Z690 Steel Legend.
Any suggestions
Thanks
