I never received my 1,252 reward points for order #113934611 on January 30, 2023 ($178.82)

You only posted 100 point.  Based on what I purchased it should have been 1,252 point.

Is anyone out there looking into this?  I sent an email on 2/3/23 and I never got a response back.

I understand everyone is on deck for the market update but, it has been almost a week and a half and I still didn't get this problem resolved.  I have put thousand of dollars into this site and I am being ignored.
