I've deleted those orders for you. When you go to make your purchase, please be sure to click on the blue " [ + ] " button to apply your gift certificate to your order.
Also be sure to check that you have PayPal selected after you apply your gift certificate.
If you still aren't able to make your purchase, please let me know and we'll figure out how to get you your items.

I just tried to cash in my gift points via a gift coupon. however the credit did not get taken off and i had a pending payment waiting on my paypal. I thought it was my fault somehow so tried again and now i have the same product twice with payment pending and unuse gift coupon. how do i cancle all this and use the gift coupon?
