Subject: Not getting email notices about purchases

I  changed my email address on Monday afternoon (Eastern Time) to hopefully fix the fact that gmail was bouncing emails from Renderosity, and now I am not getting the email notices about my purchases.

I am getting, to my knowledge, all the rest of my emails from Renderosity. I spoke to my ISP and they're saying that all the emails that have been sent to me from Renderosity have been delivered and not rejected. They aren't seeing any signs of the emails even reaching their server.

Hi.

I looked into this. your email address is not blocked. The notices are being sent out. And are not bouncing back. I'm not sure why you aren't seeing those. You may want to ask your email provider if renderosity.com is blocked in some way?

Hi Jen, if it were blocked, I'd not be getting any of my emails from Renderosity, but I will talk to them, see what they say.

Jenn, what is the ip address of the mail server that the purchase notifications go to? Come to think of it, I haven't received any notifications of sales either. As far as my email provider in this case can find, they aren't getting to the server to be rejected.

I am getting newsletters and alerts about things in my wishlist being on sale, and new products being released by followed artists and vendors, as well as new artwork by same. Just nothing to do with purchases, mine, or anyone buying my stuff.

METOO  ;-)  I nowadays never received Order confirmation mails. Last time I received an Order and payment conformation email from Renderosity was on April 3rd 2023, in my case.

I also am nowadays notoriously beeing notified that I need a valid email adress for registration! But my email adress works perfectly well in any aspects for business and private purposes, I never had any complaint from any out of hundreds contacts or other sites where I am registered. I checked my spam folder, there is no indication anywhere that a problem might exist with Renderosity mails. I do receive the Renderosity notification emails which I have signed for without any problems. But Order conformations are missing and upon login I keep getting this annoying "Change your email, you need a valid email adress"!! So really where ist the problem that Renderosity has with my email adress, which I am using for years and years here and elsewhere without any trouble?
