Due to a glitsch somewhere I managed to order an item twice.

Please cancel Order# 113983942.

I wanted to use a gift cert to pay - but it was not accepted, so I tried again and that order went through and has been paid.

But the first attempt is stil there "unpaid" and I would like this to be cleared.
