It's titled: i can't delete or update this one, so I added it again.

I'm unable to delete it, so I'm hoping you will. I mistakenly uploaded it with the wrong images. Because it was pending, it wouldn't let me update the images. It also wouldn't let me delete it. I've already uploaded the correct freestuff item separately, and it's been approved. Thanks.

Wheatpenny, I believe you, but I'm still seeing it. I click Delete and refresh the screen and it's still there as of 3:16 pm Eastern today.

I had that problem with one of my uploads.  It is not visible to anyone but you.  It took about a month before it disappeared from my view.
