Sorry but is it possible to get something for DS?

I asked for a DS item but I got a Poser one. See screenshot.

Hello Speculoos,

The product description mentions that this item should also work in Daz studio. Please let me know if this isn't the case and I will work on gifting you a new item.

Sorry, I had not red the description. If it's said to work in DS then it's probably the case but it's useless to me since I don't use Dawn...

Maybe try sending in a support ticket? I can't guarantee it'll be faster help that way but you could give it a try.
