When you edited the figure did you actually change any geometry groups. That is Work in the Setup or Fitting room or using the Grouping tool? If the answer is No then when saving the figure to the library choose the option to Keep the existing geometry.
This is happening when new geometry in generated the morphs and weight maps have to be copied in the new geometry. Places where the vertexes are in exactly the same place ... well you see what happened. If you preserve the existing geometry this won't happen. The flip side if you changed material groups with the grouping tool or made any rigging changes in the setup room they will be lost.
The next service release of P13 will include improvements in this area.

So I have a figure built on the David base, but when I go to save it in the Library, the teeth go all monstrosity, and it looses all the full body changes I made.
The images show what happens to the teeth. And I don't just mean it saves to the library like that, I mean, it actually changes the model in the open file I'm saving from.
This one is driving me insane, because I've already rebuilt the character three times.
