I realize that everything in Life has to come as a result of something else, but theres something about this that truly bothers me a bit. I cant quite explain the difference, but having something as part of the PW update that requires the purchase of a non-DAZ or non-PW product feels like part of my subscription monies have gone to waste. Till now, Ive found all of the PW materials not only beautifully designed but immediately useful: I would receive value at the moment of download. But in the case of these textures, they will have no value to me without my purchasing a product Im not sure I really want in the first place. Does this garble make sense? =)

MY interpretation is that she wants to make these items available in-addition-to, rather than instead-of the usual fare!!! Rather than selling, she's chosen to GIVE them to the subscribers. Like you, I also don't own the "Adventurers", but nevertheless applaud Rena & Steve's generosity. I knew they would always do right by us - that's why I got the lifetime plan. Oh well, this is my take/two-cents....

Thanks Ray! :o) That's exactly what I had in mind! An extra addition..not a standard.. so subscribers could get a few extra textures for those models if they own them without having to put their hand in their pocket once again right away.. just on the value of their PWFW subscription, already paid! Does it make sense now Virtualsite? :o) It's not what PWFW has to offer..it will always provide new models by the bundle with textures, this is an EXTRA for those who happen to own the specific models. Most certainly, I don't own them all either! Heym look at the bright site of it. you don't HAVE to download them if you don't own the model.. the ordeal of extra uploading it's on MY shoulders ! VL grin Finally.. they'll be there for you to grab if you ever happen to purchase those items! :o) Rena

I am a PW subscriber and think this new thing is great. I don't own the Adventurers either, but eventually they'll do stuff to enhance things I do own. IMO, PW is the best bang for the buck you can get. And I'm not just kissing up...

Please dont misunderstand; I feel my subscription is worth its weight in gold. I suppose Im not airing the distinction very well, so its probably not worth pursuing. It is, as always, magnificent work, Rena, so please dont think Im thinking ill of either your or Steves generosity.

Well, I'm sort of in the same boat as the people who don't own the Adventurers. I don't own the Mil kids and don't want them. All I use are Mike and Vicky now so I just have to wait til the kids fad wears off I guess. Aeriol
