My apologies This should be posted in the DAZ Studio Forum.  Unfortunately, I cannot select DAZ in the drop-down box.

Cancel your HEAT subscription now, if you are not using it.  I received my renewal notification on 5/3, and canceled it immediately.  Unfortunately, their reply says that my subscription will be cancelled on 6/3.  I have requested that the expiration date be changed to 5/3, as I have no use for their product and have not looked at it for two months.  My request was made in good faith, let us see how HEAT responds.

I just received a refund notification from HEAT.  My thanks to HEAT, they have resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
