Are we ever going to see an upgrade to the female G9..?  I like the high resolution textures in some cases but the chest, breast , nipples  on V9 leave a lot to be desired.. G9 makes a good male model and they are good to turn into monsters if that is your thing but  the female G9 ,,sigh  I still use V8.1 most of the time..

Let's hope that G9 is upgraded with the release of DS 5.0, whenever that happens.  I use V8.1F for my renders.  G9's arm and leg joint bends at a huge step backwards - to pre-V4 days.  Not good for those of us who like to do "full body" renders.

Online Now!

Interstingly others say they are better for females than males. In any event a dot release would not change the basic geometry as that would then be a new figure (8.1 adjusted surface groups but kept the mesh the same otherwise).

G10F/Victoria 10 with DS5 maybe???  V9's facial expressions with V8.1 joint bends?

I still think G9 was just a money making exercise, not an upgrade. 8k texture maps does not make an upgrade, i can do that on G8. i was soooo hoping for soft body dynamics, etc, let alone, a DS 5.0, and i don't think that will happen soon, thanks to the latest interest into AI over at Daz.

Getting old and still making "art" without soiling myself, now that's success.

I have almost all the “morph” sets for g9....plenty of character sets and cloths and I...have never used it. I open it, twiddle with it and it just...doesn't move right. The under arms are a nightmare.
Breasts? ugh no.
There is something that doesn't sit right with it. Something about the face, just...doesn't work.
I tend to get abit "Ohh lets see what the new fig' does" but this time, its just a no.
I get plenty of good results with g8.

Seeing as some improvements in human figures are boggling, it tends to be a bit of a let-down that, what is supposed to be improvements in the Gen' figures, seems to be going backwards.
