JMCs are joint controlled morphs. Don't feel too bad about not being able to see those 178 results. None are for JMCs and are results for just the word control. You would have to search joint controlled morph to get results.

JMCs are morphs that are linked to the bending of a body part to allow for better bending. If you look at how your own arm bends at the elbow, you'll see how the flesh compresses and pushes out to the sides as your forearm presses against your upper arm. With 3D, they would just intersect each other. JMCs are a way to tell it to act more like a real arm and move the flesh around rather than intersect. Modern figures are also weight mapped which is a way to do similar without the morphs but there are some limitations so JMCs are still used for the most realistic looking bends.

The results will also be more accurate if you put the search term in quotes.

OK. The docs were recently updated. You will need to clear your browser cache and after that you should see search results correctly.

If you are using Google Chrome, clear the cache as follows:

There are three icons that appear to the right of the field where you enter URL or search term. The last icon is three vertical dots. Click that button. Then choose Delete Browsing Data.

On the next screen, a list of options will appear to clear out. By default all three are seleted to be cleared. Just accept the defaults and click the blue Delete Data button.

After that you should see the search work as it should.

and  thanks, Red and DCA for explanations. JCM had me puzzled because in l'homme 2 it appears many times. Now, knowing, I won't be afraid to it
