Subject: need to clear seam after uvunwrap

Excuse me!

Do model ,then mark seam for uv unwarpped, but does it need to clear seam after uv unwrapped?RZjR2Zc9p6dBVucNrxOvDSEabCmZR2kXEyNc04ns.png

I oftern do not clear seam then export as obj.

Once you mark a seam for UV unwrap you do not clear a seam unless you are going to reUV unwrap because it did not unwrap the way you wanted it that would be the only reason I would understand as to why you would clear a seam.

As Lobo said, there shouldn't be any need to clear the seams before export. The seam information is stored as .blend information, and isn't carried to .obj point data so far as I'm aware. Additionally the seam doesn't split/un-weld geometry either so there shouldn't be any reason to worry about it.
