I downloaded it from the Curious Labs website, should be still there :-)That message tends to happen when an OBJ file is not in its proper place. Make sure the OBJ file is in the proper RUNTIME/GEOMETRIES folder. You can tell where it belongs by opening the CR2 file in a text editor (notepad is what I use). You will see a line that says- :Runtime:Geometries:"foldernamehere":"objnamehere.obj" The foldernamehere part of that is the location of where the OBJ file should be within your Runtime/Geometries folder. Then, if it is in the proper place, go to that folder anyways and DELETE the RSR for that OBJ.
are you running current patch and windows 2K or better? I also found that if poser locks up after you have it up a while there is a possibility that there is a background conflict, like with screensaver or some other background program; also check if your windows system is in control of the "rest" mode or the hardware...
There was some discussion a few days back about some memory enhancers. The problem you described sounds like your computer grabbed hold of some memory and wouldn't let go when it was done. You might do a search on memory and see if you can find which programs those folks were using. The program runs in the background and cleans up the memory making your system work a bit smoother.
