Thanks for the response! Is there really no way to contact them? I would rather receive a cd than download. There's something reassuring about having the disk itself....

Cage, Their phone numbers and emails are on the website under "Zygote Info". The people you want to talk to are at sales@zygote.com. If your in the US here is the toll free number: 1-800-267-5170. Being that it's Sunday, you probably won't have any luck contacting them today. Your best bet is Monday morning. They are very good about customer support and I'm sure once you you explain your problem, they will help you in resolving it. If you decide to just go ahead with the download, you'll get an email telling you where to download them from. They are having a problem with the store software, but have been working hard to fix it. I hope all that helps... -Rob
So I need to go to Zygote and download, rather than expecting an e-mail attachment or something? Do they need to process anything first, or could I do this right away? I found their contact info. Guess I wasn't being very observant. Thanks, everyone, for the help!

When you order for download from Zygote, they send an e-mail with a download link and instructions. The link is good for two days (last time I ordered). I have heard that they keep good records, and if you lose something or have problems downloading, they will take care of it. They are good on the phone, too. I called and ordered all the new release animals when the store was down. I had them burn the order onto a CD. That was an extra twelve bucks. I placed the order on a Friday, and had it in my hot little hands on Monday.
Haven't heard from them yet, 24 hours later. How long can I expect to wait?

I got the order switched to a cd shipment. Thanks, everyone!

Lacking a credit card, I've asked a relative to order one of the Zygote cd's for me. He did so, but ordered it for download, not shipping, to avoid shipping charges, and gave Zygote my e-mail address. Does anyone know how I can expect this to work out? I went to Zygote to try to ask, but couldn't find any kind of link that would allow me to contact them. Is this a big "D'Oh!" situation?
