Any problem with the store; I recommend going down the side-column under "Admin Forums" and click on Store Contact. THis'll take you to the forum devoted to Store problems & concerns - even better; there's a link to EMail them directly just below the heading. mailto:store@renderosity.com The few times I've had problems, a posting or an EMail, or sometimes both from there, I've always recieved a courtious & satisfactory resolution from Yvette in pretty short order (Not 24/7, however, so be patient & she'll deal with the problem). From other postings, I see they're busy implimenting some refinements & improvements to the system (Like my personal favorite, the shopping basket WISHLIST option) and they're ironing out bugs as fast as they can. Problems occur. But they have an excellent record of resolving them.
Mesh Magik - I don't show any purchases for you. This error shows you are not even getting to the secure portion of the site. I would check your browser settings. We are now set for 128 bit encryption. If you are using a MAC, netscape communicator will work better for you right now. The error: "Order Processing Failure! AVS Failed: RC=U, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again." means it is not you, or your account, it is not your browser, nor our servers. That error means that the AVS server (not owned or controlled by us) is down. Looking over our records of other purchase attempts today, it appears that the AVS server is not completely down, but definitely struggling. I'm going to call our processor to find out when the problems are expected to be resolved. I'm very sorry about the inconvenience, and hope you'll try again once we verify the problem has been fixed. Each time I try to make a purchase I get the following error, Please tell me that my card is not being charged being that I made a few attempts to make a purchase, Now I know it is not my card because I just purchased something from daz and I made sure I typed my card number in correctly and filled out all the proper info in all fields.
