But to answer the question - What's a Dok Mai anyway? Dok Mai means flower... (it would be pronounced like Dohk My).

Oooh... I was afraid this might happen... I got the name Dok Mai from one of the ladies I work with, she is Thai. So... I think that the Sabaaydii part means "How're you?", right? If so, I'm fine!! but I don't know what the rest of it means... sorry! :(

Cin, Sabaaydii means Hello in Laotion which is the language from Laos which is right next to Thailand. I speak Thai and Lao and saw Dok Mai and thought you might be Thai or Laotion. I do like your character she is very nice.

I asked the one of the ladies that work here (they're mostly Thai, with a Laotion or two thrown into the mix... I guess I should've asked Sue!) if they could translate what you had written for me, but they weren't able to figure it out exactly... :) I have a lot of respect for the ladies I work with, which is why I wanted to give Dok Mai a Thai name... sort of as a tribute to them... they're such hard workers. I'm glad you liked Dok Mai. :)

Thanks Strangechilde... I'm quite proud of Dok Mai actually... it's the first character I've released with a face morph that I created on my own. Granted it's combined with some of V2's morphs, but I'm still proud of it.
