Hiya. I was curious about something. I read a tutorial for importing Poser figures into Bryce and one of the steps was to use the smoothing option on all of the objects. I'm talking about the smooth option in the Edit Terrain/Object button. Also, when I did it (as instructed) with the button for "Solid with Booleen rendering". It's something like that. Anyway, there's only one button to press besides Smooth and Unsmooth. O'tay, it's more of a curiousity than a problem, but I just wanted some info. So, the situation is rather simple. I had one project where I had three different Poser figures in one scene, but I added them one at a time and also used the Smooth option on one at a time. Worked just fine. Now I am working on a new scene in Bryce with two figures, but the figures are posed together so it's easier to export and import them as one object. Did that, but when I used Smooth this time (with both figures selected/grouped as one object) it made it worse and when I rendered it it had areas that looked like the Epcot Center at Disneyland. You could see more of a blocky effect than a smooth effect. I did it again with using Smooth and it looked fine. What the HECK is this? Like I said before it's just a curiousity since I can manage around it by just not using smooth. =P Thanks in advance.
