Damn. I'm REALLY annoyed at myself for missing the competition deadline.... I should know better. When I was going through some photo's I was messing about with I found this one, which was one of the joss sticks with black background. Never mind - it wouldn't have won anyways!! lol Comments welcome. (",)

There's something to this image. I like it. I'm going to try something like this myself... Yeah, this is giving me some ideas. Thanks, Joe

This is quite good in my opinion. And quite spooky. I've often tried to do something like this. Haven't got it right yet. But you got it! Cool and thanks for posting it. Bsteph

Oh, flipping brilliant - not only did I feel bad about missing the deadline, now you guys insinuate I had a chance.....well, bloody thanks a lot for that one!!! lol - only kidding..... thanks for the comments guys! Just for info if your trying it, I used a bit of black A1 card (about 2' x 3' ish) about 8-10" behind the smoke, lit from the side by a desk lamp which I 'snooted out' with another bit of the same card rolled round the head of the lamp & stapled - so it was about 2' long. This was once again about 8-10" to the side of this smoke....thinking on this may have been 2 incense sticks together. Anyways, think it was 3 second exposure. Have fun! (",)
