Nance - I think JeffH hit the nail on the head - the animation WAS from a .pz3 created with LipSINC's online demo. Lipsinc is in the process of beta testing (private beta) a lip-synching product called Mimic, which takes a .wav file, analyzes the speech within, and automatically makes your character's lips move accordingly. Is there any way to store a facial animation in my library so that I can apply it to other figures? I saved a lip-sync animation as a multi-frame "Faces" entry, but when i tried to apply it to another figure the lip-sync was gone... Thanks, -Jeremy
