I haven't installed the patch yet. Is it worth the trouble? Does it fix everything it promises? What precautions should I take with my files before putting it into place?

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

I installed the patch. It works fine. Haven't tried all the fixes but it seems stable. Follow the install instructions on the link page. The only thing that seemed a little odd is that after after reboot, the 'prefs' for 600 x 800 (that I use) didn't display all the UI interface utilities. To correct, I deleted the pref file for 600 x 800 that had been created in the last shutdown. Poser created another pref (600 x 800) the next time I ran the app and all is fine - and stable. I would recommend installing it.

Its all that is says that it is, except for the catsuit fix, didn't see that in the zip file, but I never thought it had any problems anyways. Definatly give it a go, but I would back up the stuff that you replace just incase. -Trav

A question--I have not dl'ed the patch yet but now have some time to do it. I understand the readme is quite thorough, but I'm wondering if I understand that all the PZ3, libraries, etc. come through unscathed? I do know they should be backed up, but are most seeing everything stay 'as is'? Diane B

I did not back up anything (which may have been stupid)and have had not problems with anything running yet.

I put the patch on. Ive been able to run Poser for hours without a single (Ding) Caught Exception 4Q2:OU812. I even moved joint rotation orders twice in a row. I created more than one figure in a session. I imported a huge OBJ model. Then, Then I exited the program, NORMALLY! WOW!

Picnic - Nothing get erased, just a few files replaced with newer ones. Mostly program files rather than libraries. The only Figures that get changed are the base .OBJ files in the Geometries folders for Nude Male, Nude Infant, and the Snake but you will still be able to open your existing .CR2's based on these figures.

Thanks all. I meant to dl it last night but forgot. Has anyone tried exporting to Bryce yet? That is my biggest issue--probably not a big issue with most of you. However, Viper, since you are using Bryce--what is different in regards to that please? Diane B
