that's me again.... I just export a figure from poser, import the obj and mtl file into 3DS max and render, and I found the eyes of the figure is just white and no texture apply, other body parts had the texture correctly. I have read Steve Shanks's tutorial on poser to max, and I found that the picture in he use as an example just also like 'white eye'(but I can't see clearly). Have I forgot something or done something wrong? how can I get her eye texture back on her eye? The smaller picture on left is my render, the bigger one is the example used in Steve's tutorial. Thx for teaching!

In Poser, The Millennium Figures' eyes have a transparent outer "shell". When you import into max the tranparency is not carried over. Use your "get Material from object" optin in Max and set the opacity to 0% Or... "select by element" (in the editable mesh roll out) and delete the outer shell geometry.

This also goes on a lot in the Bryce forums (Mike and Vicki lose their eyes in pretty much every application, I take it). Rather than deleting the shells, its recommended that you make them transparent and then bring up the specular settings to add a realistic glare effect to the eyes.
