Subject: Help... where did my Poser window go??

I was forced to shut down Poser via Windows Task Manager. It froze, - and I assumed that I had tom much going on at the same time. I reopened Poser, - but the default figure didn't show up. In fact, nutting showed up, except all the menues etc. Hmm... I shut the computer down, - and restarted. THe same thing happened. I simply can't get the normal Poser window to open. I've tried to open a new document, - and it "seems" to open it, - but nutting shows. What do I do to get the window back?? Britt

I reset it to factory state in the General preferences, and that seemed to solve the problem. :) Hmm... wonder what caused it in the first place! :) Britt

The Document Window occasionally wants to go for a walk sometimes. Might be a random glitch in the .ini or temp files. Now that you've got your window arranged properly, save its position using the UI Dots. Then, next time it happens, you can get your window back without shutting down and restarting.

lol It goes for a walk, huh??? Wonder where it goes!? I'll be running right back and click one of those dots! Thanks, - that's a very good idea! Britt
