Subject: What is Vikki and Micheal?

Can somebody tell me what vikki and micheal are? Are they plugins or standalone for Poser?

Victoria & Michael are the "next generation" Poser 4 figures for Poser. They are stand-alone figures, with better geometries than the original poser charcters. Be aware that the original Poser clothes do not fit Vic and Mike but there are plenty of items for free and for sale at this very site! You can buy them here http://www.daz3d.com/ Pricewise they are about $30 each for version 1.0 and $60 for version 2.0 (mike is dicounted at the moment though) Are they worth it? Absolutely! B)

...and if you buy Mike 2 while the sale is still on you'll get a freebie when Daz finally releases it. What it is is a secret, but they say it'll be worth about $30.

Here's a picture of Victoria and Michael 2 together. You might want to look through the message headers in this forum. A few days ago I posted a series of messages about the major Poser characters. It will answer this question and more. I've included a link to DAZ3D, the home of Victoria and Michael. Ron

Michael 2 and Vicki 2 can wear the original Poser 4 clothes. They have a P4 body type that will take the old clothing. That's what makes them so great! They can wear all the clothes. So, they're a great investment. Melanie

Of course, at the same time, Michael 2 and Victoria 2 are so versatile that you can morph or change them to just about anything you can imagine. (The "regular" clothes won't fit of course.) I can't resist a plug for my own characters here, grin. Here is Marlin Fingle, based on Michael 1, and Jill Chill, based on Victoria 2. Ron

Here is a link I posted about the different Poser characters. You might find this of interest. Ron
