Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 7:57 am)
Lyne's Creations probably has the best collection of dog morphs for Poser.
They're mirrored at Lannie's 3D Model World, which also has a bulldog by Doug Margason.
bloodsong has a collection of dog face morphs at her site, 3D Menagerie. They're in the Poser Goodies section.
Jelisa has a german shepherd texture for the Poser wolf at her site, along with a golden retriever, Great Swiss Mountain Dog, and Jack Russel terrier texture for the Poser dog.
Roger has a border collie texture for the wolf here in Free Stuff.
Are you kidding? He sniffed out a herd of Elk before any of us knew they existed! A group of us were driving along a dirt road towards our regular stalking area, when Burr suddenly began whining and growling, pressing his face out the window and scratching like mad... we stopped the Jeep, looked towards where his face was pointed, and sure enough - there was a herd of 20 Elk (a mature bull, a couple of spike (juvenile) bulls, and the rest cow elk) about 800 yards away, hidden in some rather dense brush. We'd have never known they were lurking there otherwise. I netted 600lbs of fresh elk meat that day :) (and yeah, I got out and walked first.) Besides, he makes a great foot-warmer at night (it usually snows by early October in the Manti-LaSal nat'l forest in Utah, so it gets cold fairly quick out there.)
LOL - it wouldn't be a bad idea... Burr's "hunting jacket" is just an old orange ski cap with holes cut in it for his head and front legs. (We'd found out that all hunting dogs had to have blaze orange jackets on them according to state law... we figured that he'd be too small to be considered a hunting dog by the authorities :) OTOH, many dog owners around here have custom-made jackets and 'booties' for their otherwise indoor dogs (the 'booties' keep salt out of the dogs' paws, which can irritate the dog to no end. They also keep ice shards from cutting into the more sensitive parts of a dog's paw pads. Heh - it snows a LOT up here.) /P
LOL! Laszlo is afraid of everything. Especially babies. Ooooo, babies... but I've noticed that about many little dogs. It's like they're trying to make up for being so tiny... A miniature Yorkie ran up to Laszlo one day (I don't know how tall he is, but he can rest his chin on the table sitting, and he weighs in at 40 kilos) going YAPYAPYAPYAPYAPYAPYAPgrrrrrrrrrrrrrrYAP and poor Laszlo didn't know what to do about it. This creature was smaller than a squirrel. I'd love a teacup poodle Poser model!

I'm trying to copy an old photo with a small dog in it, but not happy with the default Poser4 pooch, as I need something resembling a small terrier. Can somebody post a link for dog characters, my searches have come up empty. Thanks, Tommy.
