what is the deal w/ the trunks in tree lab...how do you make the tree bark wrap right? object space? world space? parametric? I keep having to do random or world cubic to get it kinda close to looking correct. I understand leaves/foliage fine, but this bark thing is driving me crazy. Any help appreciated. Bryan

i usually use cylinderical, since most tree trunks are cylinders and get decent results

I do as well Ken and Amixiam, but if I use a seamless image map of my own I use parametric.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!
