I have tried to use my charge card and even with two of them they were declind.I dont mean to be rude but Daz site you just give them the card number and a button push here and download there and you can go on your merry way.So what is wrong here if I might ask this question.I posted what I thought was a normal gripe and moen and was taken of the chat.That is no way to run a market with customers involved. So my question is when are you going to simplify and make it easier for us to perchase what we want?

It should be just that easy. Will you email some information to the store@renderosity.com? type of card (credit, debit) time of your purchase country amount of your attempted purchase We'll look into it. thanks, yvette
