Subject: Problems with eyelash transparency

I imported a character from poser to bryce. Now in know how to make lashes in poser. Poser has 2 transparency sliders. Min and max. Now bryce has only one. When i set i to maximum the lash is going to look fine. But it is white. How am i supposed to change this to a different color? Change the color of the lashes in the transparency map didn't work....

I load the transparency map in the B texture window and the regular Poser texture in the A texture window, use the regular texture in the Diffused color channel, and the transparency map in the Transparent optic channel. You also need to use the Blend Transparency option on the Material option menu ( in the lab ). Also make sure you copy and paste the trans map to the second window ( alpha ) in the Picture Editor. No need to adjust the optic transparency slider, since the alpha is driving the value and locations of transparency.
