Subject: How do I add a .3ds File?

I'm very new to bryce 5, infact, I dont even know how to close a current project and start a new one (I always end up closes Bryce 5 and restarting it). Anyways, can you give me a hand at this and maybe show me how to add a .3ds image to my bryce images. I got the .3ds file from this sites download section. =]

As a Bryce 4 user not bryce 5 i would presume you would import the 3ds file which in Br4 is under the file menu after importing the file select the "E" button next to the object increase the smoothing slider and click the smoothing icon (sphere) then click the tick mark to exit now your 3ds file should not look quite so faceted I hope this gets you going.

Use File - import object to import 3ds file, to start a new document/project use File - new document it will ask whether you want to save the image already on screen. Hope this helps.
