Subject: Help! can't get Hair Fixed!

I've created a hair prop in cinema4d and when I apply the texture map, there are square discolorations in the texture map. It's not the map and I expect it's a problem with the normals. So, can it be fixed or is it hopeless?

If you saved it as an obj file, open the obj in UVMapper and have a look. I'm guessing your UV's didn't translate correctly

hmm... I did load it into UVMapper to remap it. Perhaps I can try that again.

you have to import it in UVMapper, then correct the UV and save the model. Use this model to import in poser. This should help you, had this problem too

Ok, It worked by mapping it cylindrically instead of planar... Sheesh!
