Subject: Uv mapping problems

Actually with saving out the uv maps. I was following a recent thread here about saving out individual parts of a map separately and decided to try it to get better textures on a space station I am makeing. The image explains in detail.

Are you checking the "Exclude hidden facets" box when you save the map?

Make sure you have the "exclude hidden facets" checked on the BMP Export options dialogue when you save your Texture map. That should do the trick. Regards- Lemurtek

It's not the size of the map, but the color depth of the texture that counts. (or something like that) ;^P
