Hi all a lot of time on my hands tonight, so thought i would send in an image created in Ultra Fratal and called Breaking Away

When I looked at this, I realised what I like so much about fractals. Your mind can see so many things in it, and interpret them so many ways. They really make you see and think, especially this one. It's kind of like watching clouds, and looking for patterns....

So complex and lace-like in places---it made me think of red satin and black lace lingerie! When is UltraFractal going to port to Mac???? My apps just don't go as far as this. It's like I'm missing a dimension....But at least I can enjoy the ones posted in this forum, for which I am grateful!

Patricia, I think UF will run on an Windows emulator on a Mac. Don't quote me on that, but I think I saw something about it when I was on the UF mailing list. I also saw that because of the chip intensive math computations running in a non-native environment, that it runs extremely slowly. Go here to subscribe to the mailing list to ask: http://www.ultrafractal.com/ or there is a link to the authors mail, Frederik Slijkerman, and he may be able to answer directly.
