Subject: Time out?

smallspace ( ) posted Wed, 03 April 2002 at 10:20 AM · edited Wed, 13 November 2024 at 11:27 PM

Has anyone of the "you know who's" had your "you know what" from E-On time out as of April 1st? I did and haven't gotten a response from Steve Bell. I've actually had to reset the date on my computer back to March in order to keep using the "you know what". -SMT

I'd rather stay in my lane than lay in my stain!

I got my you-know-what downloaded successfully. However, I wrote Steve an e-mail, and I haven't gotten response in several days. I was wondering if the you-know-what was a patch or full-update. Charles

I wrote also an e-mail and no response...

Setting the clock back works, but I worry about what that might mess up. Hopefully a new "you know what" will be coming up you know when.... ;)

I have had several e-mails over the past several days go unanswered. I even called and all I got was an answering machine. And all I am trying to get is the shipping number for my Vue order. hmmmmmmmm.............

MikeJ ( ) posted Wed, 03 April 2002 at 12:14 PM

spnnrmn, where did you order it from, the US, or Europe?

spnnrmn ( ) posted Wed, 03 April 2002 at 12:22 PM

I ordered it from the web page, last Thursday. The confirmation email was in English, so I assumed it was that US.

spnnrmn, just so you know, the topic in this thread is unrelated to E-on's ordering/shipping. Ordering Vue via the website means you've ordered through France. Typically it takes about 2 weeks to receive the order to the US, usually a bit less than that to European countries.

Tne new "you know what" has been released :-) You should have received a message letting you know. Please contact me directly if you didn't.

Varian: US and Canada orders (including online orders) are handled in Oregon, European orders are handled in Paris/France.

Spnnrmn: sorry to hear your questions remained unanswered. Who did you write to? What is your order number? I will try and find your tracking Nr for you. FYI, we are setting up a new order tracking system so that you will be able to monitor your orders and get tracking information in real time. Coming soon...

Steve.

Steve, Thanks for the offer, but as Varian pointed out above, I ended up posting in the wrong place, though the first message sure sounded like an order/shipping issue. Very late yesterday, after many emails and such,E-On sent me an answer and things are back on track now.

Glad you got a response, spnnrmn! Steve, thanks for updating me on the changes re ordering. I hadn't realized the US/Canada website orders were now passed along to the US dept, but it sure seems like a sensible way to set it up. :)
