Yes, Karl, I will have to do something about that mountain. The texture is totally wrong for it, but I tend to start at the front and work my way back, that way everything seems to blend together more, even the parts that are meant for contrast. I also need to do something with that hill on the left, it's too bare as well. Kate

Ok, I've followed your suggestions. I added capstones to the fencing, actually, I added capstones and sectional pillars, it made for a better look, I think. The corner pillars have a ball on the capstone and the others just have a plain one. I redid the grass material by converting it to b/w and using the noise filter in Paint Shop Pro, then used that as a bump map, and it really did make a big difference, I think. I also added in the second tree and changed the camera angle and went to 50mm. I think this is shaping up quite nicely. All it needs now is a bench or something to offset that large expanse of lawn.
