That's the idea I got, anyway. It's a fractal, duplicated and reversed. I added the "pearls" and gold bits for effect. The background is actually just a mirrored surface with a bumpmap. The light effect comes from the fact that the scene lighting is in the fractals themselves. I used an inverse reflective color (red on blue/ blue on red) for extra effect. One of those "stayed up too late" ideas. ;]

Hmmm..Cool.It looks big and heavy..I get a heavy object feel..

Yeah, some of the programs in the Quaternion set export fractals in obj format. I am a shameless 3d junkie, I admit! When I put it in my gallery, though, I'll have to render it big and reduce- the image here doesn't look as good as the png. Thanks for the kind compliments! If anyone wants a quick how to, I'm game.

Well, a little less quick than righ here... I did promise Lutz I'd write a Moray tutorial, though... I'll do that and post it here. I'll use this one as an example.
