I just added the millenium kids to my collection and tried applying a Vicki texture to one of the girls (same map it looked like to me) Anyway, even if I make the brows invisible or set the dial for brow gone, this is still there. How in the world do I get rid of this? Thanks, JDexter

are you sure you haven't assigned trans map as body texture? :)

That's the UPPER eyebrow and all you have to do is set the transparency slider all the way over to 100% for both minimum and maximum and THEN set the "highlight" slider to 0% Make sure that you have NO texture map applied to that material or you'll get a ghost effect. That should get rid of it when you render. The rest of the time it will show up as the little dotted lines thing.

That really does look like transmap as skinhead texture. I was playing around doing stupid stuff on purpose-- instead of my usual way by accident-- and I got just this look. You dissappeared the face. Emily

If the face was transmap'ed wouldn't the eyes be seen as the full orbs?

Actually, it looks like you turned the Skinhead base material to black.

Remember, kids! Napalm is Nature's Toothpaste!

thornod: no, he didn't used transmap for transparencies, but for as the skin texture. valandar: i think he should have at least some speculars in that case...

Actually I used a black 1024x1024 .jpg for the skin map just to illustrate that the eyebrows were showing up even when invisible. Nothing is mapped to any region in this picture except skinhead and everything else is set as Daz's CR2 addition to turn all white. I didn't look at the highlight thing, so that might be it, I will let you know what happens next. I only used the black because I wanted to show that it was not something spurious in the texture causing the funkly eyebrows. I need to figure this one out quick before I lose the image I have in my head (old-heimers) Thanks again, JDexter

There are two eyebrow materials: eyebrow and upper eyebrow. upper eyebrow should be set 100% transparent, with or without a transmap. eyebrow should be set to the same settings as skinhead, including texture map.
