Dear Mosca, I most sincerely apologize for not returning this sooner. I found it in my car last Saturday morning but got distracted and put off sending it till now. If Id sent it sooner you probably would have been saved a lot of hassle. Shes clearly of age.

I must admit that I, too, was a little apprehensive when she first flew over and asked me to dance. Then the cop at the club walked over and I knew I was deep doo doo even though I hadnt done anything. People judge so quickly based merely on appearance these days. However, she pulled this out and he checked it. I guess it was OK because he simply said, "O.K." to her, then looked at me and said, "good luck!" He gave me a grin and a knowing wink as he walked off.

Anyway, please tell her I said, "thanks" shell know what for and remind her to be more careful with it in the future. I guess its not all her fault, we were both a little tipsy but still.

This is simply an attempt to keep things light hearted not to slam or be disrespectful of anyone. Enjoy!

Obviously a fraud. The State of Hawaii doesn't issue drivers licenses to beings under 12" in height. Besides, all transdimensional safety funds have been transfered to The Incidental Incremental Discretionary Tourism Enhancement Alleviation Fund subject to Federal Fetish Abatement Review.
