I found this site last night and think it would be pretty good for covering your chairs and couches in Bryce. It's a fabric wholesale type website with pretty good pics of the patterns, just click on the galleries to see the thumbnails and then click on them to see the large images. I haven't tried any yet but like I said, I think they will work pretty well. Hope this helps some of you out. Autoloader

I just tried one--I took one of the plaids, rescaled it in Bryce and applied to a big cube. Works great. Some of them have a different perspective in the thumbnails and I don't know if they are 'straight' in actual big images, so they might not work, but many do. Since I AM a textile person, I am sort of fussy, but I think this is a good resource. Thanks, Autoloader. Diane B

I have a shareware tool that might really do the trick for what you are doing with the fabrics. Its called xfader and I use it frequently for taking existing textures and making them tileable. Check out the info on it here: http://www.pegtop.de/xfader.htm Sweet little app, easy to use and small to DL. If I remember right its around $20 to register. For me, its been worth every penny. Textures for 3d is not its only use...think web site backgrounds, desktop textures...etc.
