_Had read old threads and all kinds of stuff about banning. _Many begin to believe there's a systematic exclusion of any message and their authors trying to support banned or ex-members for some reasons. There's always a rush for silence in this case. Many injustified insults, answers or more could not be answered by the victims with this sytem. I don't think it's a good thing. _I really believe, as many members, that any rushing making peopkle shut up is the solution to the problem of abuses. I gives nothing but more questions and more threads. Think that banned members as well as their supporters should have the right to express their free opinions without being banned themselves, which seem to be the reality of some "TOS"...There's a real strange "silence" about that, or some "blocked" threads when the thread seems to get interesting. Why ? We could see that only very few number of complaints to the Adms. were satisfied either. Why this silence ? I think that's why you had frequent questions from people who are asking whether or not the TOS has been "updated". I read on the news that "mysteries" are some of the favorites options of "dictatorships", instead of "democraties" about politics particularly and about US Govt. policies today but it sems that it can always happen in other domains (!!!???) can't it ?. Just want to know if Renderosity wants to keep things mysterious, or can openly let people talk, as long as it is not insulting to ask relevant or accurate questions like this one. Just it.?! _Am I too much "nosy", would I be to be banned just because I want to talk about this subject ? and should we be banned just because we are nosy ? In this case, please just add to the TOS: "Those who want to know too much..." Thanks you !

I, too, believe that Renderosity is a dictatorship. I believe that there is an evil man, perhaps with terrible facial scars, maybe with an iron mask or a hood, who sits in a castle and manipulates Renderosity's members. Perhaps he even posts images with secret mind control messages in the gallery to make us do his will and maybe buy things so he can get our credit card numbers to fund the laser cannon he will someday use to destroy the moon. Maybe if we can expose him, he will stop, or maybe we can team up to defeat him like Superboy and Krypto only different because I'm too old to be a boy and you're probably not a flying space dog but you know what I mean I think. Once on an email group about computer virusews I saved someone from being banned unnecessarily. He was Taiwanese Chinese and lived in Taiwan and his English was not the best. He asked about viruses for Vax computers, including ... I want to spread this ... and the moderator was about to ban him for planning to spread computer virus, but I pointed out that he could have meant "I want to spread information about how to detect and combat Vax computer virus".

I think Liftan, or whatever the heck he/she really is, does it's best to make a mockery of all of us ESL folks who try and post here. I do not only see this in myself, but, in others...We try so very hard to "get it right". Often, in a thread, we end up apologizing when someone does not understand. I know you could get many others to sign up, such as liftan, ArthurH, and baby-cat. GoyforU could probably be talked into joining as well.
