been teasing Stormrage, morphing models into specific looks. she picks a look and I see how fast can have the picked model into the look. like an asian appearing mike in about a minute..including starting poser and loading mike. anyone want to stump me on a look? when I see the request will post in reply, next would be an image of the model. time stamps showing duration to morph the model. ~g~ and if you get me where it takes longer than 10 minutes to complete the morphs....Thunderstorm Creations gives you our Angelina character. a $25.00 character set

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 1:59 PM

how about a stephanie that looks chinese? just for something nice and easy to get you warmed up. Rob

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:01 PM

checking to see if I have Stephanie...

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:02 PM

yup I do.

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:06 PM

file_11835.jpg

awww that is too easy.

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:17 PM

well if I don't have a model I can't morph it. ~L~ has to be one in my runtime or freely available. ~L~

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:18 PM

a "Cantonese" Stephanie. "moon faced cantonese beauty" from last emporer of china.

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:21 PM

nice one :) you're right it was too easy, I'll think of something tho Rob

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:22 PM

darn dense mesh anyway. took to long loading ya got me. ~L~

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:25 PM

did I?

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:27 PM

14:02 for starting to load her 14:16 to post image my math says longer than 10 minutes there.

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:28 PM

OK, Jaqui, now that you're warmed up, how about this? Victoria based werewolf-looking character.

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:29 PM

v1 or 2?

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:31 PM

oops so I did :))) does that mean I win then ? or we gonna give the others a chance? Rob

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:31 PM

Vicki 1. Let's not make this TOO easy. ^_~

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:33 PM

circle, anyone that stump me wins. fyrespiryt ok

c1rcle ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:41 PM

~grumbling cause lost fang and ear morphs~

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:47 PM

Kind of a wimpy werewolf there, Jaqui. ^~ Think you can do a Posette-based Wookie? If you succeed, can I have a copy for a project? ^~

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:52 PM

Fyrespiryt, if I hadn't lost mt's when computer crashed would have had better..with fangs and pointed ears ect. can try with the wookie.... no tex though unless you make one for her. sure, no problem on the cr2 for the character.

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 2:55 PM

A texture too would certainly be unfair. ^_~ Thanks! The werewolf does look pretty good considering how quickly you did her.

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:01 PM

need to find / make mt's for the teeth..fang them for posette also, but have the facial shape to match chewbacca already. ~L~

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:04 PM

Wow. Jaqui, I am impressed. ::applauds;:

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:09 PM

why Fyrespiryt? chewbacca was solely make up on a human, so base human shape is underneath the look.

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:15 PM

Well, if you don't want me to be impressed, I don't have to be. ^_~

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:21 PM

~making mt's right now for teeth and to tweak the nose into shape the last bit~ well it's not that, but.. ~wink~ morphing her into Jabba the hut would be impossible..he's not humanoid. ~L~

Little_Dragon ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:22 PM

I apologize for butting in, but I couldn't resist ... I've been working on Victoria wolfwoman characters for the past few weeks.

Video clip (MPEG format, 560KB)

Victoria 2 Reduced Resolution P4, with P4 catsuit and hair by Anton

Admittedly, mine took longer than ten minutes. :)

Morph request...oooh!

Hmmm...any way of getting a 'sea elf' ear morph for the merbaby?
I tried doing it myself a while back and it came out awful.

FyreSpiryt ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:33 PM

Hee hee! Little Dragon, that is a very cute werewolf! I like her!

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:34 PM

Desdemonna, I don't have the merbaby character, so I can't make the mt for it for you. Little Dragon, ~g~ to make vicky wolf morph set, with ears fangs and all definately longer than 10 minutes, the base shape of the skull is easy, the details always take much longer. ~g~ specially when no mt for what you need in your cr2.

cinnamon ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:57 PM

i would love to see a captain kirk morph to go with all the great textures for the suit people made. or andy garcia!

Little_Dragon ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 3:59 PM

Thanks, FyreSpiryt. Florence is actually a Bowman's Wolf, a genetically-altered lifeform. Read all about her at FreeFall, an online comic strip.

I know what you mean, Jaqui. I tried this with Victoria 1 a couple of times; she didn't have sufficient morphs to create a convincing muzzle. I love the reduced resolution versions; the mesh is so much easier to work with.

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 4:12 PM

cinnamon, but William shatner has his appearance trademarked and copyrighted. such a look, as with all actors, is a violation of copyright. they make their living from the look. get a letter allowing you to have and use it, sure, that type of morph is extremely simple to do with the poser models. see the thread in the copyright forum. Jaqui, Can you do a visibly webbed-finger morph for any of the millennium characters? It really bothers me to see all these merfolk with totally human hands. If the fingers were longer and more fin-like, it wouldn't hurt either. Thanks, Carolly

cinnamon ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 4:45 PM

wow i didnt know that. thanks for the info Jaqui. pout. he was (well still is) so dang cute!

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 4:55 PM

hauksdottir, I can work on it. cinnamon, all the props available to the trek series are actually a violation. unless the artist has a letter allowing them to make and distribue them. the letters are available, but the artist has to pay for each copy so the items wouldn't be free. ~g~ a lot of companies get very uptight about it, as we can all understand, none of us like having our work claimed by others. and as a result of the discussion in the copyright forum Renderosity is going to take a look at everything for copyright issues. I ran into this with cl, asking for something they own the rights to. still discussing it with them, hopefully we can both be satisfied with the resolution of the discussion.

mstrong ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 5:48 PM

How about a quasimodo looking character using mike 1 or 2

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 5:57 PM

have an image of quasimodo? canna make similar appearance without knowing look.

mstrong ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 6:15 PM

don't have a picture but quasimodo was the name of the hunchback of notre dame

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 6:18 PM

I know that ~g~ just never, ever seen an image.

mstrong ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 6:55 PM

file_11838.jpg

here's a picture of him

lalverson ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 7:05 PM

How's about a klingon like female, I know i could use one on a steph if possible

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 7:08 PM

loading mike now ~L~ lee, the head morphs would have to be made for the skeletal alterations to the skull. (the ridges on the head)

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 7:20 PM

file_11839.jpg

close as I can get without editing mesh to add hump and mt to lift one eye higher

Jaqui ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 7:26 PM

but mstrong got me on the time also. ~L~ canna forget I'm working on doing this within 10 minute limit.

pokeydots ( ) posted Sun, 09 June 2002 at 7:48 PM

How about turning mike into a pretty female? Or turn victoria into a dwarfed troll?
