Hi Clint, I've uploaded 3 products this week and the oldest of the 3(uploaded a week or so ago) is still pending. The other two products were released in 2-3 days. Is there a reason why that one isn't being released? It still shows as pending, but no tester assigned. Thanks

I assume the testers dont have the RDNA Scape clothing. I'll check right now. Clint

Yep - Thats the case. If a product requires a 3rd party product for testing it may take us a little longer than normal since we have to obtain the 3rd party product. I'll contact Syyd today. Thanks. Clint

Is there a time limit for pending products? THe texture that I had pending(waiting for testing and approval) has vanished from my Pending list. I never got an email as to whether it was approve or anything. Its just gone. Help?

An E-Mail should have been sent to you from the tester. There were a few problems with the product file. Clint
