Subject: Somewhat kinky request

That should get someone to read it. Has anyone ever tried to map Vicky textures to Michael?? I know there was a Vicki hack for Boris and it would be very helpful in Boris characters, but I can think of other reasons for using Vick texs. And not just revisits of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Emily

Actually, it makes a lot of sense. I did that back in P3 days simply because there were a hundred times more maps available for the female figures than there were for the male, and other than SixPack's, hirez male maps were almost non-existant. Except for the ones with makeup, once they were on the male figure they looked & worked perfectly naturally. It took a lot of manipulation of individual polys in UVMapper & I'm too lazy to try it again, -- but I hope someone else finds it a project worth trying.

What is the vickie hack for Boris? Marque

The Vickie Hack for Boris wasn't publically available. It can be seen on some of the Boris face packs promos. Emily

If you are handy with the clone tool of a paint program, it is possible to apply existing textures (such as Victoria textures) to the Michael template. I did this with Syyd's Dragonessa and StefyZZ's Yuma (both Vickie textures). I only moved the faces over for the Boris ads. After lining up the texture as close as possible to the template, I had to do some cloning around the eyes, mouth and nose. I also cloned out the eyebrows on the Yuma texture, then made some new. I am not sure how difficult it is to move the body, as I did not attempt that. I cannot make these available as they are copyrighted textures. I just wanted to let you know this is the best hack I currently have. :) However, for any who do not know, Boris accepts any standard Michael texture.

Will Boris accept Stephanie Textures??? Guess I should try it and find out. Emily

Yes, he will. Shading may not line up quite right. The genitalia will not be textured. And, you will have to load one of Michael's trans maps for the lashes. I am not sure if the upper eyebrows map properly; as I do not think the texture I tried used the upper brows. Beth

I think Boris is one of the most useful items I have ever purchased, and I did get the face pack two, still wondering if I should get face pack 1. I also have the dragoness texture, thinking I should give it a shot, though I'm not that good with doing textures. Have you thought about asking Sydd if you could make your Dragoness texture available to the people who bought it? Marque

I'm glad to hear you are finding Boris useful, Marque. :) I think Syyd is working on a product for Michael based on the Dragonessa texture. There is an image at RDNA in the Work in Progress gallery called "Bogey" which looks like it uses Dragonessa. I am not so great with textures myself, and I never did fit the Dragonessa body to the Mike template. Beth

I love Boris, too. I think it's the most creative tool for Michael that I've ever seen-- in fact, I wondered if you might ever consider doing a female version, either Steph or Vicki. Emily

It is quite possible there will be a female version, Emily. ;) Beth
